Project Management
Our core competence in project management delivers results. Upon acknowledgment of an order, a dedicated Project Manager will be your contact throughout each project phase. From detailed user requirements through site installation and beyond, the Project Manager will coordinate all activities and manage the project timeline to ensure a successful outcome. We highly value customer-manufacturer-supplier collaboration, and your project manager will lead this multi-disciplinary team, provide timely status reporting, and be the single point of contact to deliver your custom-built equipment on time and within budget.

Installation
As a machine manufacturer, Bausch USA ensures that our products are installed, connected, and set up correctly for optimal performance. Our qualified technicians and engineers provide fast and efficient equipment commissioning, from unpacking to training. We assist in the validation process and offer installation and operational qualification (IQ/OQ) along with comprehensive documentation packages based on requirements.
Retrofitting
Constant advances in technology necessitate companies to upgrade and/or retrofit their current equipment to meet the latest industry standards. Retrofitting provides the opportunity to modify and upgrade an older machine, extending its usable life in production for many more years. It offers the advantage of having a fully functioning machine that meets current standards without requiring a significant investment in new equipment. Bausch USA can analyze your existing machines and recommend solutions to repair, upgrade, optimize, and reintroduce an older machine into a production line. The retrofitting process may involve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or software upgrades, depending on the machine’s condition.

Maintenance
& Repair
For scheduled maintenance programs, Bausch USA offers various levels of service contracts. We prioritize customer convenience by having on-site technicians available at short notice. You can quickly reach our customer service department for immediate assistance, and our call center can guide you through troubleshooting steps over the phone. If necessary, we can dispatch service technicians to your location to perform repairs and maintenance on your machines. Additionally, we offer tool carts, customized autoclavable part racks, and set-up stations to enhance organizational efficiency and ergonomics during repairs.
Spare Parts
Our warehouses hold extensive inventories of spare and wear parts. Our ERP system allows us to locate spare parts and expedite them immediately. If a particular part is not in stock, our relationship with reliable vendors enables us to supply you with the needed parts quickly. Non-purchased machine parts are marked and can be reproduced in our in-house machine shops at any time, ensuring 100% inspected high-quality parts.
